INTRODUCING the Barefoot Beach Workout at Hidden Beach ( indoor beach )
Starting in January we will be offering a Beach Bootcamp style workout classes. Twice a day to start, with more classes to follow .
Our goal is to offer an introductory level , along with a mid level with some athletic goals in mind , speed , quickness , and verticle jumping ability for example. Then a high level beach plyometric workout for athletes with specific goals in mind .
